 THRIVE brings together government departments, educators, businesses, NGOs, health professionals and community leaders to explore practical, collaborative approaches to strengthen mental resilience in our workplaces and communities.

We are delighted to be welcoming speakers and contributors from the National Health Service, Cardiff University, a range of leading health and wellbeing charities, and Kanishka Naryan, MP. The summit will also explore the emerging role of AI in supporting mental wellbeing, examining both opportunities and ethical considerations for organisations seeking innovative, responsible solutions.

The summit will also examine the emerging role of AI in supporting mental wellbeing, considering both the opportunities and the ethical responsibilities facing organisations seeking innovative, responsible solutions.

The day will include:

  • Inspiring keynote speakers such as Bethan Jones, Adam Bate of 2Wish, Caryl Watkins, Lee Selby and Jake Hudson of Health Hwb.
  • Expert panel discussions

  • Dedicated networking opportunities

Our on-site tea shop will be open throughout the day for drinks and cakes, and we are pleased to welcome The Artisan Cook with a pop-up offering freshly prepared hot food.
