All account holder customers are able to move their tickets.

You must have created an account when purchasing your tickets to be able to move your tickets.

Tickets can only be moved to alternative availability, if availability is not possible due to high sales of an event, the original ticket will remain in place.

All tickets must be moved before the start time of the event.

Advance accounts are not possible - the account is created when you book for the first time.

When it asks "do you want to use a password", it is at this point that your account is created.

Password retrieval is possible if you follow the correct link on the website which is "Existing Customers Login" located on the home page.

If you do wish to change / move your tickets then there is an automatic charge admin fee per booking which must be paid for at the time of the move.

How do we get a free carer space ?

A disabled ticket must be in your basket, when you select the date & time that you wish to attend, another box will appear allowing you to add 1 free carer space per disabled ticket added.

When you arrive, the validity of your free carer pass must be shown. This can be either with a valid Blue Badge, DLA Letter or PIP Letter. No other forms of validation are accepted.

If you fail to bring at least one of these with you upon arrival, you will be charged at the full rate for the carer ticket.

Queuing at peak times

We are doing all we can to reduce queues at peak times but sadly this is sometimes unavoidable.

We recommend to customers who wish to avoid queues at our food outlets, to bring a picnic and enjoy our range of picnic areas located within the site.
