Terms & Conditions

Tickets & Entry Information

  • Tiickets can be booked online and on site.
  • All sales are final; however, date changes can be made by account holders via the online booking system (subject to availability). There will a small charge to change dates vere email. 
  • We recommend creating an account at the time of booking for maximum flexibility.
  • Daily standard Tickets can be moved to alternative dates within the normal seasonal opening days but cannot be transferred to special events.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one full-paying adult.
  • The lead booker must be present upon entry to the site.
  • It is the responsibility of all guests to arrive in good time for their booking to avoid refusal of entry.
  • Last entry to the park is 2 hours before closing time; late arrivals will not be admitted.
  • The park closes at the stated closing time and all guests are required to leave the site by this time.

Concessions & Admissions

  • Concession tickets are available for NHS staff, Blue Light Card holders, over 60s, and students (proof required on entry).
  • Concessions apply only to the cardholder, not the entire booking.
  • Children under 3 are free but must still be included in the booking. (External company events may require under 3's to pay)
  • One free carer ticket is available per disabled visitor (valid proof required on entry). Disabled tickets are not age-related.

Dogs

  • Dogs are welcome on site during selected events (February to August).
  • Dogs are not permitted during winter events (September to January).
  • Dogs are allowed on site but not inside Lady Anne’s Café, except for assistance dogs with valid proof.
  • All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Site Rules & Safety

  • Fonmon Castle is private property; all visitors must hold a valid ticket purchased directly from our website.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and not for resale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour affects the safety or enjoyment of others, without refund.
  • The site is outdoors, so please dress appropriately for all weather conditions and wear suitable footwear.
  • Only wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted on site for accessibility reasons. No bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, rollerblades, or similar devices are allowed.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
  • Weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, smoke devices, or any dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to search bags or belongings on entry.
  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Anyone found in possession or under the influence will be removed without refund.
  • Barbecues and open fires are not permitted anywhere on site.

General Information

  • We aim to deliver advertised activities, but performers and schedules may change due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Weather-related closures or changes may occur for safety reasons.
  • Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
  • CCTV is in operation across the site for safety and security.
  • We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings—please avoid bringing valuables.
