Tickets:
- All tickets must be booked online in advance of your visit.
- All sales are final, but alterations can be made by account holders only.
- It is advised that all customers create an account at the point of purchase to allow for maximum flexibility.
- Account holders can move Daily Dino Tickets to different dates within the normal seasonal availability. Daily Dino Tickets are not transferable to “Special Events”
- All children under 16 years must be accompanied by at least one full-priced ticketed adult.
- The lead booking person must be present at the point of entry to our site.
- There are no cancellations for bad weather, but account holders can move tickets up to 3 hours before the time of arrival, using the online ticket system.
- If the park has to close due to a severe weather warning being issued by “The Met Office”, you will be contacted via the email address that you provided at the point of purchase.
- Missing tickets and emails can often be found in your Spam / Junk folder. We cannot accept responsibility for your settings from your email provider. You are advised to check these settings regularly to ensure that communications are not missed.
- The last entrance to the park is 2 hours before our closing time. Customers arriving after this time WILL be refused entrance.
- NHS workers, Blue Light Card holders, Over 60’s and Students qualify for the “Concession” tickets. NHS, Blue Light Card holders and Students must provide proof of entitlement otherwise you will be charged the full admission cost at the point of entry. The entitlement only applies to the “Card Holder” and not to the whole booking.
- No Dogs are allowed on site unless they are either Guide Dogs or Registered Assistance Dogs. Proof will be required.
- It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to avoid refusal of entry at the gate.
- Although Fonmon Castle will do all within its abilities to make sure that all performers or performances, mentioned within advertising, are present during events, there are of course times when sickness or unforeseen circumstances mean that changes to the programme are unavoidable. Fonmon Castle retains the right to change the programmes and performances without notice to make sure that a full schedule of interaction is available.
- Children aged under 3 are admitted free of charge but do still need to be added when purchasing tickets. Please ensure that you book for the correct amount of people within your party.
- One carer goes free with each disabled person (DWP Proof / Blue Badge of entitlement will be required upon entry). Free carer spaces are only available when a disabled ticket is added to your basket and the Date / Time of arrival is selected. Disabled tickets are not age-related.

Fonmon Castle Limited, acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission, to ban from entry or remove from the estate without any right to a refund, any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment or safety of other guests or staff.
Fonmon Castle Limited is on private property. All persons entering the estate must pay for admission or hold a Valid Ticket obtained directly from our website www.fonmoncastle.com – tickets are not for resale and will be null and void if this happens.
Safety measures have been put in place in response to the Covid 19 pandemic and they are there to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of all guests visiting our estate. It is in the interest of everyone on our estate to comply with the safety measures that have been put in place. Therefore, should an individual not comply with these safety measures, we reserve the right to require that individual to leave our estate by these terms and conditions.
The safety measures that have been introduced are intended to minimize the risk of contracting Covid 19, but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. Therefore, anyone visiting our estate acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.
As we are an outdoor attraction, we advise all customers to be ready for all weather and to wear appropriate footwear.
Fonmon Castle Limited offers “Family Based Experiences” which attract children and young people therefore smoking is only allowed within the confines of the Car Parking Area.
For Health and Safety reasons (due to the topographical features of our estate), wheelchairs and mobility scooters are the only transport permitted within our private ground. For the avoidance of doubt, bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, rollerblades or any similar devices, are not permitted on our estate.
Fonmon Castle Limited abides by all UK Laws and any visitors that do not comply with these laws are required to leave and the police will be informed.
The government require us to maintain all visitor data for 21 days following the visit, so that we can track and trace any individuals as required by the NHS. We will not contact you for any other purpose, unless you have opted in to receive further communication from us, by GDPR regulations.
All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, we take no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using our car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of visitor’s vehicles.
To prevent offensive weapons or dangerous articles from being brought into the Estate, you are admitted to the estate subject to the condition that, if requested to do so, you will allow yourself and/or your belongings to be searched. It is prohibited to bring into the Estate any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles or other articles which may cause injury. The throwing of any article which could cause injury or affect the enjoyment of other guests is strictly prohibited. Any person found to have an article deemed to be offensive or dangerous will be immediately escorted from the premises without any right to a refund and Fonmon Castle Ltd. reserves the right to make reports to the relevant authorities which may lead to prosecution.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited, and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the Accommodation without any right to a refund.
CCTV cameras are used to assist in the proper running of the estate. However, we do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras. All items, belongings and other property brought into the estate by you are at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property. As such, we recommend that you do not bring valuables to the estate.
Guests are not permitted to start fires or barbeques anywhere on the estate, grounds, or public areas.
We do not collaborate with voucher or discount websites and therefore any codes obtained are not valid.
